Note the dry rot in the gunwale support wood. Note the foam that needs to be removed under the gunwales. You also need to remove the remaining scraps of fiberglass from the deck-to-hull fiberglass strip that used to secure the deck to the hull. Make sure the deck is very well supported before removing the structures. Make sure that the deck is supported in a way that leaves it “relaxed” (i.e. – not bowed or bent, but laying just as it would on the boat).
